Android Samsung Galaxy Nexus continuous reboot, not recognized by PC not
listed from adb

I'm going to be crazy.......
I have a Samsung Galaxy Nexus rooted with cyanogenmod 10.2 ..
The fact is that since some days, when I plug the device to the PC
(windows 7 and Linux Fedora) it isn't recognized. I tried to reinstall
Samsung drivers but nothing. The problem seems in the phone. I've done an
android factory reset and when the device starts, it reboots at the start
up.
I noticed that it happens when I log with a Google account. I thought that
it can be caused by my own google account because it try do download my
backupped apps, so I created a new one, I could install just an app
(whatsapp) then no more, when i start the device it reboots continuously.
The problem is also that I can't change rom, because when I plug it, it is
not listed in the ADB devices.
Please help me!! :-((((
Thanks...
